ARiSA offers solutions for software and information quality management. We control quality in large software projects and technical documentations, find problems and suggest counter measures. This leads to higher quality and cost efficient development and maintenance of software and technical documentation.

ARiSA was founded in 2006 by Rüdiger Lincke, Jonas Lundberg, Thomas Panas, and myself. Softwerk was founded in 2008 by Rüdiger Lincke (CTO) and myself (CRO, member of the board) and has currently about 30 employees. Since 2013, ARiSA is doing business as Softwerk. In 2015, Eddie Freij (CEO) has become a co-owner of Softwerk. AIMO was founded in 2014 and is owned by the Lifesymb Holding AB. Softwerk and I (co-founder and CRO of AIMO) hold shares of this holding. DueDive was founded in 2018 and is owned by Softwerk; I'm the CRO of DueDive. Since 2018, Welf AB holds my company shares.
